It certainly is difficult finding a fulltime position in adult education. In the Chicago area, I only know of two colleges with fulltime AE instructors: Harper and City Colleges. There are at least 30 colleges in this area. The community-based organizations which offer adult ESL pay poverty-level salaries. Any ideas how to rectify this problem?
