Longman, www.longman.com , has in the "Workplace Plus" series has a small
ESL book on Health Literacy. It is called the "Healthcare Job Pack". You
might want to look at it. It is a good beginning.

Subject: [NIFL-ESL:8802] seeking materials for non-English speaking nurses

Hello,

I am trying to construct a curriculum to prepare young Turkish nurses to
interact in a hospital setting in English, but am finding it very difficult
to find ESL materials.

Does anyone happen to know of or have materials to teach clinical situation
English to elementary and intermediate level students who are health care
workers not in an English environment?

Any assisstance would be greatly appreciated!
