I notice that the Longman site recommended by Judie has links to Scott and
Foresman, where one can find online practice reading tests for grades 1
through 8.  The URL is

http://www.longman.com/ae/marketing/sfesl/

The address above brings up a page where you can click on Texas/California
or Florida or "outside the U.S." to enter.  Any of the three appears to give
access to the practice tests.
