Moore hires Douglas Countian as legislative staffer
(WASHINGTON, DC) – Congressman Dennis Moore (Third District – Kansas) today announced that Rebecca Black has joined his Washington, D.C.-based staff.
“Becca is an excellent addition to our office. She has served my office well as an intern and I am pleased she will be able to continue assisting the needs of Kansas’ Third District,” Moore said.
Black, of Lawrence, will serve as a legislative correspondent. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Kansas, with a degree in political science. Prior to interning with the Moore office, Black interned at the Democratic National Committee press department in 2000. She is the daughter of Mike and Missy Black of Baldwin.
