Technology seems to only take you so far when your looking for activities
that parents and children can learn from together. I suppose it is more in
the USE of the web sites and programs than it is the sites and programs
themselves. What I mean is that with guidance and facilitation most anything
can become a learning experience.
I think it is the review, reflection, extension and application of the
concepts introduced by the computer (etc) in other environments and
conditions that is what we are really shooting for.
