Constituents from Minnesota’s 1 st Congressional District can purchase flags through Congressman Tim Walz’s office. These flags can be flown over the Capitol building in honor of an individual, group, or occasion and they can be on a date designated by the constituent. The cost for these flags will vary depending on fabric, size, and location they are being sent.
