Excellence at the Bloomberg School begins with committed, outstanding teachers. In recognition of their success in the classroom, the School would like to thank and honor faculty who have impressive accomplishments in teaching. In the first term of the 2008–09 academic year, based on students’ course evaluations, six faculty members surfaced as exceptional teachers. The criteria for the recognition of excellent teaching are: a rating of excellent, by at least 75 percent of the students in the categories of “Overall Course” and “Overall Instructor.” In the first term, 105 courses were evaluated by students.
