Cynthia Maris Dantzic Reconstructs the Albers Colors Course at IPFW

(Fort Wayne, Jan. 16, 2009) -- Nationally recognized artist and author Cynthia Maris Dantzic, one of the last students of Josef Albers, founding father of modern American art, will reconstruct his famous colors course at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW).

IPFW Students Rate Excellent at Conference

Students Develop Innovative Water Conservation Systems for Future City Competition at IPFW

But as our cities grow and expand, what can be done to keep the water flowing? This fall, thousands of middle school students from across the country, including more than 300 students from Indiana, are tackling that question in the 2009 National Engineers Week Future City Competition.

The company planned to hold three contests over the next few months in which three IPFW students could each win a $1,000 scholarship.

Science Olympians Go for the Gold at IPFW

(Fort Wayne, Jan. 5, 2009) -- Students from seven area high schools will compete for gold medals in the Northeast Indiana Regional Science Olympiad, Saturday, Feb. 7, on the campus of Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW). Each school will be represented by a team of 15 students who will compete in 23 unique events in the areas of science, engineering, and technology.
