My office can provide flags flown over the U.S. Capitol to commemorate a birthday or other special occasion. Flags are available in either nylon or cotton and come in sizes from 3'x5' to 5'x8'.

You can fill out the flag request form on-line or fill out a printed copy. (The form may be completed electronically on-line by clicking on the various fields or [TAB]ing through them). The completed and printed form should then be mailed to my District office along with a check for the proper amount made out to Congressman Dreier's Office Supply Account.
