Dreier Statement on Goss Resignation

WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman David Dreier (R-San Dimas,CA), Chairman of the House Rules Committee, issued the following statement today in reaction to the announcement that Director of Central Intelligence Porter Goss has resigned:
"Porter Goss has served his country with outstanding distinction for more than four decades. From his initial service in the CIA, to his many years in Congress on the Intelligence and Rules Committees, to his latest position, Porter has made the security of the American people his top priority. He has been tireless in his commitment and dedication to fighting and winning the Global War on Terror. All Americans owe Porter Goss a debt of gratitude for his service to the United States of America."
