NASA/SSC is hereby soliciting information about potential sources to perform Information and Technical Services at the John C. Stennis Space Center, MS.
The new contract(s) is/are expected to be a follow-on to the existing contract requirements contained in the Information Technology Services Task Order (NNS04AB54T), which was issued against the GSA Millennia Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Specific requirements are projected in the following areas: Management and Administration; Technology Operations; Information Technology Operations and Support Services; Earth Science Applications Services; IT, Science, Engineering, Technology Training, and Education. Section C of the current task order, with some additional requirements, is attached for a more detailed review of the work.
No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS). It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any additional information pertaining to this synopsis or any resulting solicitation.
Responses must include the following: name and address of firm, size of business; average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees; ownership; whether they are large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, small disabled veteran owned, and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, prime contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potential prime); list of customers covering the past five years (highlight relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement; and point of contact - address and phone number).
Potential offerors are asked to complete and submit the statement of interest spreadsheet attached to this announcement, electronically, by e-mailing the completed spreadsheet to Joseph.D.Ladner@nasa.gov by 3:00pm Central Time, on November 14, 2008. Comments or suggestions relevant to this proposed acquisition are welcome and may also be included on the spreadsheet. NOTE: Indicate if your interest is directed at the potential prime contract or subcontract level. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PROPRIETARY INFORMATION.
The Government reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside based on responses hereto. The period of performance is TBD.
