This is a modification to the synopsis entitled ANTENNA TOWER INSTALLATION which was posted on APRIL 29, 2008.

You are notified that the following changes are made: *See attached questions/responses labeled - "Final Questions-Responses.doc *See attached revised statement of work labeled - "Revised Statement of Design Build Project" (all modification are highlighted in yellow). *Cost Proposal must consist of specific breakdowns, ie; labor, material, etc., etc..

The due date for the proposal is expected to be extended based on the completion and posting of the Soil Analysis. A formal Solicitation will be posted on or before the results of the Soil Analysis. The Solicitation will consist of all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses in it's entirety.

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
