NASA/GSFC/Flight Dynamics Analysis Branch (FDAB) and the Guidance, Navigation, and Control Systems Engineering Branch (GNCSEB) Request for Information. NASA/GSFC is seeking contractors with the detailed knowledge and experience to provide flight dynamics analysis, operations, system development and technology support for the FDAB and GNCSEB.

This notice is issued by the NASA/GSFC to post a Request for Information (RFI) and Statement of Work via the internet, and solicit responses from interested parties. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition. All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the Agency.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing via fax, e-mail or mail to: NASA/GSFC, ATTN: Bruce B. Tsai, Code 210.3, Building 11, Room S215G, 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20771 not later than the response date. When responding, reference NNG08234094L-1. Organizations that submitted to previous solicitation number NNG08234094 do not need to re-submit responses to this solicitation NNG08234094L-1. All previously submitted responses will be considered under this RFI. Responses will be used to determine if the anticipated solicitation will be a small business set-aside. See Note 1.

This Request for Information (RFI) is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results.

The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
