An updated draft LDCM Mission Operations Element (MOE) Requirement Document, MOE Statement of Work, and MOE Contract Data Requirements List are now available for review and comment on the LDCM web site at

. NASA seeks comments on each of these updated draft documents. Specific comments on the Earned Value Management requirements and deliverables in the draft MOE SOW are of interest. Please provide comments pertaining to these documents to Michelle.D.McIntyre@.nasa.gov on or before August 23, 2007.
