Description

 

This is a modification to the synopsis entitled NASA RESEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CONNECT PROGRAM which was posted on May 23, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: Eligible parties and due date have been modified to reflect the fact that offerors must be eligible to receive ITAR and EAR data in order to access technical requirements documents.

The due date for responses is extended to July 30, 2007.

The soliciation document is attached hereto. Note that technical requirements documents are not attached to this posting because they contain information subject to limited distribution.

Technical requirements documents related to this procurement will be made available via secure file transfer. Instructions for requesting these documents are not available at this time but will be posted as a modification to this notice no later than June 26, 2007. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of instructions for accesing technical requirements documents and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
