THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 01 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFP FOR RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their proposal. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFP and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:

This is a modification to the solicitation entitled Risk Management Services Solicitation Number NNH06151199R which was posted on September 8, 2006. You are notified that the following changes are made:

1) Block 6 and 8 of the SF1449 are deleted in its entirety and revised as follows: Block 6 ( Solicitation Issue Date) is September 8, 2006 Block 8 (Offer Due Date) is September 22, 2006 at 2:00PM EST

2) Reference Page 24. Any questions or comments regarding this solicitation and any terms and conditions shall cite the RFP number and must be submitted in writing to Ms. Lola Kellum not later than (5) business days (September 15, 2006) before the deadline for receipt of proposals .

The due date for responses is NOT extended.

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
