U.S. CONGRESSMAN JERRY COSTELLO RECOGNIZED FOR LEADERSHIP
BY BELLEVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Belleville, IL - On Thursday, January 26, 2006 U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) was recognized for his leadership in the region at the annual Belleville Area Chamber of Commerce Dinner.  

Costello made the keynote address at the annual dinner meeting of Belleville area community and business leaders, regarding accomplishments in the area last year and a look towards issues coming up in 2006.  

Costello was recognized during the dinner for his accomplishments with projects for the area in the Transportation Bill and efforts to save Scott Air Force Base and bring 800 new jobs to the base and to the region.
