- U.S. CONGRESSMAN JERRY COSTELLO PARTICIPATED IN RIBBON CUTTING FOR NEW GRAND CHAIN LODGE
Grand Chain, IL - On Saturday, December 18, 2004, U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL), and other local officials, participated in a ribbon cutting for the new Grand Chain Lodge in the Ohio River Recreational Area located in Grand Chain, Illinois.
Costello made remarks and also presented a mock check for $75,000 to Pulaski County and Development Association officials. The mock check represents Delta Regional Authority Grant funds to be used to help construct an addition to the lodge facility.
