ALTO PASS RECEIVES USDA GRANT AND LOAN

Washington - U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that the Alto Pass Water District has received a $4,200 grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of Rural Development. The funds will be used for the completion of a preliminary engineering report to plan for future water system upgrades."

"This funding will directly impact the quality of life of local families," said Costello. "USDA programs help rural America meet a variety of needs, and I will continue to support these efforts."
