 In 2009 Federally Employed Women celebrates 40 years of
excellence in education. The 40 th National Training Program
(NTP), “Keys to Success,” will be July 20-24,
2009, in Orlando, Florida. Based on FEW’s commitment
to improving opportunities for women, the training provides
participants with the tools required to establish and build
successful careers.

Your Keys to Success!
The NTP is designed for both private and public sector
employees in a myriad of positions and at all levels – from
top executives to entry-level candidates. In addition to
training, the NTP offers unparalleled networking opportunities.
Every year attendees from over 100 departments and agencies
through the government converge for five days of knowledge
building and networking.
Training
FEW selects the courses and workshops using the Office
of Personnel Management Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs)
as the framework. The ECQs define the competencies needed
to build a corporate culture that drives for results, serves
customers and builds successful teams and coalitions within
and outside the organization. A variety of education formats
are planned to deliver the optimal educational experience.
Courses range in length from short information sessions to
multi-day, in-depth workshops and cover a variety of topics.
