update policy search/analysis tool

For those who may have found useful the simple tool I posted earlier, I've uploaded a newer version with a lot more features at http://www.tresys.com/selinux.html. This is still focused on type enforcement only, and is still intended to help one understand a policy.conf file through analysis.
