I'm not aware of any SELinux specific user's group meeting face-to-face anywhere. If you know of one let me know. I'm not sure that there are a sufficient number of people in the area interested in regular user's meetings to make it viable.

There are Linux user's groups in the area, including the Columbia Linux user's group (http://www.calug.com) where Pete and Steve gave a overview of SELinux in March 2001. But, I don't believe anyone from the SELinux team regularly attends those meetings.
