Subject: Two questions about SELinux

Hi,
I have two questions about SELinux.
1, Are SELinux and Linux itself written under ANSI C ?  2, From the perspective of secure operating system,What are the security kernel and TCB (Trusted Computing Base) in SELinux ?

Would you please send me an answer?
 Thank you!
