 # cat /selinux/policy_capabilities/network_peer_controls  0# semodule -i peer_test.pp
 # cat /selinux/policy_capabilities/network_peer_controls  1# semodule -r peer_test
 # cat /selinux/policy_capabilities/network_peer_controls  0#
