The National Security Agency Ranks High as Ideal Employer for All Undergraduates in 2008 The National Security Agency (NSA) has placed in the top 100 ideal employers in an annual poll of undergraduates conducted by Universum Communications. The results for the 2008 Most Ideal Undergraduate Employer survey are based on the responses of more than 40,000 undergraduates at 195 schools across the country. NSA has increased its rank since last year and continues to climb in popularity among IT, engineering, and liberal arts students, according to Universum Communications. The Universum ranking of ideal employers is based on undergraduates' selection of their top five picks from the top 100 companies and agencies that were frequently mentioned by students in the previous annual survey.
