Password Reset Email: 16 Apr 09
Portal users, if you received an unsolicited email on 14 or 15 April 09 stating your password reset attempt was processed, your account was not compromised. The email servers that service the password reset function resent a number of emails to user erroneously. If you have concerns, as good practice, please reset your password at your convenience using the Forgot My Password function. We apologize for the inconvenience.
