An error was discovered which effects the December 2008, 5300 Call Report Uninsured Shares accounts on page 5. A software patch was created to correct the problem. Please click on the above links to review the installation instructions and download the software patch. The December 2008, 5300 program (Version 8.d) must be installed prior to running the patch. If you previously installed the December 2008, 5300 program from the CD, there is no need to reinstall before running the patch. This patch replaces the prior guidance NCUA provided on January 5, 2009. If you have started or finished your December 2008, 5300, the patch will fix the edits associated with the errors. Please review the 5300 Software Patch Installation Instructions before installing the patch.
