DTIC Technical Reports Collection
The primary purpose of these reports is to disseminate the results of scientific and technical research. Many of the collections described are not limited solely to scientific and technical information but contain additional information relevant to the DoD mission.
SCAMPI (Joint Forces Staff College)
The Joint Forces Staff College Library is a specialized military library, focusing on research in joint and multinational operations, military history and naval science, operational warfare, and operations other than war. Library staff members regularly scan the weekly news magazines, monthly and bimonthly journals such as Military Review, Armed Forces Journal, and quarterly publications, including NATO's Nations and Partners for Peace, RUSI Journal, and the Naval War College Review.
AULIMP (Air University Library)
The Air University Library's Index to Military Periodicals is a subject index to significant articles, news items, and editorials from English language military and aeronautical periodicals. The Index contains citations since 1988 and is updated continuously.

Research and Development Descriptive Summaries (RDDS) furnish narrative and budgetary information on Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) programs and Program Element (PE) numbers within the Department of Defense in a searchable database.

DTIC Thesaurus
The DTIC Thesaurus provides a broad multidisciplinary subject term vocabulary that aids in information search and retrieval. Subject terms, called Descriptors, are organized into hierarchies, where series of narrower terms are linked to broader terms.
