Hi everyone, To the best of my knowledge, the instrument will be used as a broad survey of adults' knowledge and ability of computer skills in America, much like the NAAL (National Assessment of Adult Literacy; see http://nces.ed.gov/naal/). So it wouldn't be available for individual use.
