U.S. Flag Requests
 Constituents residing in the 15th Congressional District of New York may request to have a United States flag flown over the Capitol. The United States Congress has resolved that if you are the immediate family member of someone whose life was lost or you were injured in the attacks of September 11th, you are eligible to receive a U.S. flag flown over the Capitol at no cost. Flags may be flown for a particular person, event or organization and may be flown on a specific date. A certificate of recognition is included with each flag. there is no limit on the number of flags you may order.
