Folsom Lake State Recreation Area General Plan/Resource Management Plan EIS/EIR

Summary:
Purpose is to guide long-term management of Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. Major issues are impacts from adjacent development and road widening, access to and transportation within the park, recreation/visitor use and safety, management and protection of public land resources, and potential aquisition and construction of new facilities.

Status:
03/27/2008:
Workshop held Novemeber 20, 2002. Notice of Intent published January 17, 2003 (68 FR 257374). Draft EIS/EIR available February 8, 2008. Comment period extended to April 30, 2008. Final EIS/EIR availability unknown at this time.
