We are putting up a display in our library for International Literacy Day (Sept 8) and would like to have some books by people who learned to read late. We've got:

1. A Place to Stand, Jimmy Santiago Baca
2. Life Is So Good, George Dawson & Richard Glaubman
3. Burro Genius: A Memoir, Victor Villasenor
4. Teacher Who Couldn't Read, John Corcoran

Can anyone suggest others?

Best wishes,

Robbie
