“Passage of this critical legislation will strengthen our intelligence community’s ability to track, disrupt and eliminate those who are plotting against us, and ultimately harden America’s national security.  Among other things, this legislation adds critical funding to enhance our human intelligence capabilities, and includes a focus on improving language capabilities and promoting accountability and oversight.
