Traveling Help Desk

Congressman Latham's Traveling Help Desk provides an opportunity for any constituent to meet in, or near, their hometown one-on-one with a member of his Congressional staff to help cut government red tape or to voice questions, comments, and concerns.

The Congressman's staff can answer questions for, or offer help to, individuals who have problems with Social Security or veterans benefits, who want to ask for help getting into the U.S. Military Academies, who want to discuss problems with farm programs, the Internal Revenue Service or any other federal agency. Latham's staff will also be available to pass along Iowan's opinions about issues of national concern to Congressman.

No appointment is necessary for the outreach that travels each month to every county of the Fourth Congressional District.
