Constituent Service Portal

I want to serve my constituents in any way I can. Whether you need help with a federal agency, are trying to find out if federal grants are available for your project, or are considering applying to a service academy, I hope all the information in this section will be helpful. If you can't find answers here, contact one of my offices.

Help With A Federal Agency - Casework
One of the most important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help people with federal problems. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape.

Flag Requests
My office can assist you with obtaining high quality, American-made U.S. flags. They can even be flown over the Capitol to mark a special occasion.

Visiting Washington, D.C.
I am proud to help First District residents with their visit to our nation's capital. Look here for information about touring the Capitol, visiting the White House, and information on other DC attractions.

Service Academy Nominations
If you are a high school student in the First District, this page has information on the requirements to attend one of our nation's service academies and the process for applying for a Congressional nomination.

Presidential Greetings
My office would be happy to help you in securing a congratulatory greeting from the President for certain milestones.

Obtaining Federal Documents and Forms
This page has links and information on how to obtain federal documents and forms - including tax forms and agency regulations.
