The Department of Administrative Services State Procurement Office develops, establishes and administers contracts for goods and services on behalf of state agencies, state universities, select non-profit organizations, and local governments.

The Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Office (SPO), is the central procurement authority for the State. SPO developed the Public Contracting Rules for state agencies subject to DAS authority (Agencies).
