For five years now the Mid-America Aviation Convention and Trade Show (MACTS) has brought insightful speakers and attentive aviation professionals together for the benefit of aviation safety.  The MACTS is a production of the Greater St. Louis Flight Instructor Association (GSLFIA).

Attendees to this event can renew their flight instructors certificate as part of this Flight Instructor Refresher Clinic (FIRC) approved by the FAA.  A fee of $200 is required at registration.

Those not wishing to renew their flight instructor certificate are welcome to the hour long seminars as part of the annual Super Safety Seminar which is also sponsored by the GSLFIA.  A flat fee of $20 per day will be charged by the GSLFIA for seminar attendees not registered for the whole FIRC.

A fee of $20 per day is to be charged at the door for those not attending the FIRC, but wanting to attend the seminars all day.

These three events are run in conjunction.  The trade show area will feature displays from aviation related vendors.
