and I offer you encouragement on your challenging job.? If you are like
others in your position whom I have met, you KNOW when things are going
to work or not, but you may not have the? policy back up or
institutional support-- or maybe just the ENERGY to try to adjust a
situation that is not working.? To say nothing of the resources to do
more thorough training.? 



Do you ask your prospective tutors to read things to help them learn before they start?? Robin?
