Hello Everyone,

It's great to see these open and honest conversations. As we continue, I
have a housekeep request.

Some subscribers have institutional size limits on their email accounts,
or they may be subscribed in ways (like digest format) where the numbers
of actual trailing replies to a post matters. Additionally, some have
also told me that they find it difficult to follow posts with many
replies trailing the message.

So, I ask that you please try to keep this in mind when posting, and
delete all old messages beneath your message that are not pertinent to
your post. I'm hoping this will help as many as possible stay with us
and participate in the discussions at hand.
