Hi,
You may want to try Steck Vaughn for Adult Education.  I have been teaching at the ACI in Rhode Island for over ten years and found Steck Vauhn to have the best material for adults.

Katrina,
I have been teaching about DI in adult ed for a couple of years, and I have
to say I have found little other than K-12 materials and research.  If you
or anyone else knows of anything, I'd love to find it, too!
