Washington, D.C. – “Every year World AIDS Day provides the global community with an excellent opportunity to re-affirm its commitment to promoting and supporting international initiatives that successfully treat and prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS.
“Astounding new breakthroughs in science have greatly increased the efficiency and effectiveness of several HIV/AIDS medical treatments and prevention schemes. However, in order to fully eradicate this deadly and impairing disease, the global community must remain steadfast and dedicated to helping those developing countries and disadvantaged communities disproportionately affected by HIV/AIDS.
“Through adequate funding vehicles and by continuing to educate the global populace on proper prevention techniques, we can successfully combat the spread of HIV/AIDS. Such measures will help individuals all across the world lead healthier and more complete lives.”
