The FastLane Help Desk operates from 7 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (except holidays).

FastLane Hours of Availability

NSF does LAN maintenance on the third Sunday of each month from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Eastern Time. All NSF sites, including FastLane, are unavailable for access during this time.

The next normal LAN maintenance is scheduled for January 18, 2009.

The FastLane Availability Status toll-free number is available 24 hours a day at 1-800-437-7408. The message is updated when the status of FastLane availability changes unexpectedly.
