Overnight accommodations are available at six of the seven privately managed resorts located around Lake Berryessa (see area map to the right). Markley Cove Resort does not have overnight accommodations, but does offer day use opportunities noted below.

Dispersed camping outside those resorts is prohibited so make your reservations early, particularly for summer weekends and holidays.

Lake Solano County Park (you will be leaving the Bureau website):

Lake Solano County Park is located at the base of coastal foothills west of the town of Winters and offers an array of recreational opportunities. A destination point for outdoor enthusiasts since its creation in 1973, Lake Solano Park caters especially to anglers, boaters, campers, swimmers, sunbathers and picnickers. It is ideal for hiking, bicycling, bird watching and wildlife photography. Markley Cove Resort:

Markley Cove Resort, the closest facilities to Monticello Dam, offers a convenience store, food service, marina, boat and jet ski rentals, boat gasoline, bait, and fishing licenses, among others. Pleasure Cove Marina:

Steele Park Resort (you will be leaving the Bureau website):

Steele Park Resort is located on beautiful Lake Berryessa in Napa County. Lake Berryessa has 165 miles of beautiful shoreline to explore. Fishing for trout, bass, catfish and bluegill on this clear lake is a fisherman's paradise. Lake Berryessa has numerous coves for picnics, fishing and water skiing. Spanish Flat Resort (you will be leaving the Bureau website):

Spanish Flat Resort is located in the eastern portion of Napa County within easy driving distance from both Sacramento and San Francisco. If driving from Sacramento or San Francisco, we will be the first resort you reach upon your arrival to Lake Berryessa. Spanish Flat Resort Offers. Berryessa Marina Resort (you will be leaving the Bureau website)

Notice:  As of June 15, 2008 Rancho Monticello will be closed.   The closure is expected to be temporary

Rancho Monticello Resort is a lake front destination for vacationers and water sport enthusiasts, located on the west shore of Lake Berryessa in Napa County. The Resort faces the main body of the lake, with the expansive east shore three miles directly across from the Resort. Curves in the shoreline create coves, and variances in the landscape and slopes.
