Currently we "team" administer the BEST Plus.  It seems that I (the ESL
Coordinator) consistently score higher on the Communication section and
lower on the Language Complexity than does our ABE Coordinator.  We started
using the team approach so that we would be consistent.  I still do the BEST
Oral (not plus) for low level ESL learners.

 

The team approach is very labor intensive and we are going to have to go it
alone soon.
