Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Secretary of the Treasury, including the authority in Reorganization Plan No. 26 of 1950, I hereby delegate to the Assistant Secretary (Enforcement and Operations) all responsibilities and authorities of the Secretary of the Treasury under the Procedures for the Conduct of United States Secret Service Technical Surveillance Countermeasures.
