Students from Jim C. Bailey Middle School in Pensacola give support to FEMA

Caption: Thank you for helping us. You put a blue tarp on my house. If you had not it rained a few days ago and if that blue tarp was not on our house my ceilings would collapse. I'm sure that some people don't know how or they are not good at putting them on. My whole neighborhood has one on their roof.
