REGION 5 ETA WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT LETTER 001-03, CHANGE 1

1. Purpose.  To transmit information to the SWAs relative to an extension for submittal of Supplemental Budget Requests, to implement data sharing, via the Interstate Connection Network, with the Social Security Administration (SSA).

 

2. Background.  An earlier release, Workforce Development Letter 001-03, dated November 5, 2002, placed a deadline for submission of the SBRs to the Regional Office by November 27th, 2002.  Due to the delay in the release of the Program Logic Document (PDL) by Lockheed Martin, the date for submission of SBRs has been extended to January 3, 2003.

 

3. Action.  Supplemental Budget Requests (SBRs) should be submitted to your regional office by COB, January 3, 2003.  Please insure that this information is provided to the appropriate staff.
