Welcome to the Administration and Finance Division Website
My name is Mark Mixner and I am the Vice President for Administration and Finance. As Chief Business and Financial Officer, I report directly to the President of WCU and am responsible for a wide range of support functions that are vital to the operation of WCU and the success of students, faculty, staff, and the community in general.
Some of these support functions are:
In addition, the Vice President is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Student Services, Inc. (SSI). SSI provides a wide array of services for students, including operation of the Bookstore, oversight and support for student activities and student organizations, vending, operation and management of the campus card system, and check cashing.
The Vice president is also the University's Emergency Management Director, Open Records Officer, administrative liaison on the Finance and Budget Committee of the University's Council of Trustees, and administrative liaison on the Finance Committee of the West Chester University Foundation.
The Administration and Finance Division will continue to uphold the Mission of WCU, by focusing our efforts on increased responsiveness to customer needs. Additionally, we will foster the President's vision of Distributed Leadership, which empowers our employees and increases individual accountability for achieving excellence at WCU.
