I Made a Podcast

In a few short hours, I learned how to make a podcast and to publish it online. Thanks to a 3-hour training by GMR Technology Coordinator, Max Anderson, I learned how to use podcasting software Audacity and Podbean and get 3 hours of MLA continuing education credit in the process. Although I will not win a prize for broadcasting, I have shared my podcast below with Podbean’s embeddable podcast player.

The class, Can You Hear Me Now: How to Make a Podcast, was offered at the GMR on Tuesday, September 23, 2008, in the Library of the Health Sciences (LHS) training room and will be offered at LHS again on Monday, October 6, 2008. Max will be teaching this class on November 14 in Wausau, WI. For more information about this class and how you, too, can unleash the podcaster within, please visit http://nnlm.gov/training/podcast/ or contact Max directly via email. I highly recommend it!
