Directions:
From the north:

Take I-81 South to Exit 165- Rt. 309/Mountain Top/Blackman Street.  Go straight through light at end of ramp onto Blackman St. Follow directions from Blackman Street

From the NE Extension of the PA Turnpike:

Take Exit 105 - Wilkes-Barre/Pocono Downs.  Turn left at end of ramp onto PA-115/Bear Creek Blvd. Follow PA-115 for approximately 4.2 miles, when PA-115 becomes PA-309 N.  Merge onto PA-315 S via Exit 1 toward PA-309/BR S/PA-315N/Wilkes-Barre/Dupont, for .6 mi. PA-315 becomes PA-309.  Follow for 3.5 mi. Turn right onto Blackman Street.  Follow directions from Blackman St.  Or, call 570-823-3445 for alternative routes.

From Blackman Street

Proceed approximately .6 mi to Hazel Street. Turn left onto Hazel and travel approximately .3 mi. to W. Liberty Street.  Turn right onto West Liberty Street and proceed approximately .4 mi. to Franklin Bank, on right.
